Version 1.0 changes

- New feature "Cheat-detection": When the kids try to be smarter
than the parents and the box via cable or turn off power switch,
then plug in NOW time is reset to 0. Furthermore, in a message box
that shows the kids: I noticed habs ... ;-)
The plugin can be fooled no longer!

- Complette code redo. (Irrelevant for users but good for the programmer
in order to maintainability)

- New feature: If you connect the Dreambox from the monitored time on, you start without a timer (as always). NEW: As soon as the start time of monitoring is achieved, start the plugin automatically.
