Changes:
FIX wrong translation string
Use MoviePlayer skin when playing movies
Corrected all strings (Movie Juke Box => Movie Jukebox)
Remove multiple entry (Sort by name ascending) in menu
Show plugin also in Pluginlist

Press the BLUE button to open the Extensions menu
Select 'Movie Jukebox'

Actions
EXIT => Close plugin
OK => Select entry in the current list
LEFT/RIGHT/UP/DOWN => Navigation
PREVIOUS/NEXT => Switch current list
INFO => Call IMDb plugin
VIDEO => Select movie path
1-9 => NumberText input for the letters
BOUQUET+ => Next tag
BOUQUET- => Previous tag
MENU => Show menu with all functions
