Digital terrestial recievers

Hello everyone. I can't find which part of this forum is for Digital terrestrial recievers . I need this info because in my country there is a new TV which work in digitall so I want to know what is needed to recieve their signal..

If you find out what the new tv station in your country is transmitting then you can choose the receiver you need,
example uk is mpeg 2 Ireland is mpeg 4 terrestrial transmission.
