This is a Completversion.
This now provides as follows:

- Scam (bin)
- Delscript-complete

The Config of emus would be scrapped;
therefore can / need to install it on a new installation, either once or manually create.

This then has the advantage that one can now update Sofcam safely, without overwriting the existing setting individually.
