Can't get CNN on Nilesat 7W

I've been trying for a while now and I can't get CNN on Nilesat 7w FTA. I get the BBC and other channels on the same TP 12073 27500 3/4 etc. But CNN doesn't come. MY signal is at 62 and quality is at 80 percent. MY LNB power is at 13 / 18. I have a Eurobox 9700 Gold +. Any ideas

Hi manie777.. move now on nilesat for test,at the moment medium signal for me for CNN...time is not 'good.. rain.. clouds... rain in my city. i have for CNN (FTA) signal level 50% also signal quality +o-50%...probably depends on the weather conditions , but is only my opinion

MY FRIENDS,
I THINK WHEN A CHANNEL COMES THROGH A FREQUENCY,THE OTHER CHANNELS COME TOO IN THE SAME FREQUENCY.
SO I THINK YOU HAVE THE CHANNEL IN YOUR TV LIST
SO YOU CAN SEARCH FOR IT.
IF YOU WILL NOT FIND IT, IT MEANS THAT THERE IS A PROBELM IN YOUR RECEIVER,
THE LAST SOLUTION IS TO ADD THIS CHANNEL TO YOUR TV LIST BY PUTTING ITS VALUES WITH ITS NAME.

I checked the channel is not there, all settings are correct maybe the signal for CNN is very weak. My dish is 1.7m and it is on the ground maybe if I put it on the roof it might work I'll try that.

I think the signal of 12073 H 27500 3/4--->Nilesat 102 at 7.0°W is weak in USA

BBC not work on the same frequeny ,it work on 11766 H 27500 3/4 --->Nilesat 101 at 7.0°W

But is strange to have not all the channels in the same transporder!
