hi everybody, im new to this so sorry if the answers are obvious or the question is stupid.
i am using tunisia-sat dreambox viewer for my 500s and the video quality is virtually tv quality
however!
i want to reduce this as i have many pc's on my network
is there anything i can do to reduce the output bitrate or any software where i can control the bitrate of the video being recieved by the pc.
i do NOT need any information on streaming over the internet
