keys activation

please when i enter the channels keys in any box it doesn't work , how to activate them and if they are the wrong keys how to get right ones and last, how to get keylist in dm500s to put the keys . please i'm waiting for your help .

salem if you have a dreambox then just use to uppdate keys the bix should do the rest automaticly everything
