ALPHA version of incubusCamd config writer v0.1

I have made this for those people that don't know how to begin with incubusCamd config.

version: 0.1

support: cccam, newcamd and emu lines on what ever provider you like.

still to add:
- aroureos, radegast and config for debuger and other stuff
- possible to open incubus config file

Only CCcam lines on prov: 000000 caid: 0000 can be added
