I have problems with my dm 7000-S (Rev. H 2003). I have recently bought this box that was already used (Bought on the november of the last year). BUT the owner said that this box was asnew, as he didn't use it (because he did not had time). Well I have to say that i trust him and that was the reason that I bought it. Also must say that this box was equiped with a HDD (160GB) from the begginig.

Now let's come to my problem.
When I turn on the box, "Dream Multimedia" message appears in the led of the box. Ok this is normal, but the box does not go further more, just stay there. Have to say that no video signal is on TV.
This thing happened to me two weeks ago, while I was going from TV mode to file mode. The HDD was on "Stand By".
Based on my experience, all the times that the HDD goes on "Stand By" while I watch TV, if i go on File Mode the box get blocked. From this moment I have to turn of the box Manually (by presing the button in front of the box, and some times by pressing at the same time the 3 buttons in front of the box). Ok this is nor something practice but every time has functioned. But since 2 weeks ago nothing does works.
As I said before the box remains on "Dream Multimedia" message that appears in the led of the box.
This thing happened me also a month ago, but by flashing my box with RS 232 cable ond dream up 1.3.3.4 everything was regulated. But this second time nothing is good. During these two last weeks I have flashed my box with the RS 232 cable ond dream up 1.3.3.4 at least 20 times with differtent images, but there is no success.
There is one thing that makes me really angry: when I flash the box via RS 232 cable ond dream up 1.3.3.4 everything goes OK, and at the end of the proccess "box flashed successufully" appears. Should or should not the box work after this message? Well, I have to say YES, but it does not.
One other thing; as I said before my box remains on "Dream Multimedia" message that appears in the led of the box. If I turn off the box Manually (by pressing the button in front of the box), I can turn on the box by pressing the button on the remote control, but as you can imagine and this time the box remains on "Dream Multimedia" message.

I was using Gemini 4.6
